In the workshop
One shed for the lot of it
Most places make you choose: a tyre shop or a mechanic. Here it is the same shed, the same people and the same bill, whether it is a puncture on the highway run or a truck that needs pulling apart.
New and used tyres
Car, 4WD, truck, trailer, ATV and tractor rubber, fitted and balanced. A used set if that is what the job calls for.
Wheel alignments
Straighten it up and stop chewing out a new set of tyres on the highway run.
Rego checks
A registered NSW inspection station, so pink slips are done here rather than somewhere else.
Defects cleared
Picked up a defect notice. Bring it in, we will sort what needs sorting and sign it off.
Diagnostics
Warning light on and no obvious reason. We plug in and find out what the vehicle is actually complaining about.
Brakes
Pads, discs and drums. Worth doing properly when you are towing or running loaded.
Batteries
AC Delco batteries in stock, tested and fitted while you wait rather than ordered in.
Wheels
Rims and wheel packages to suit, including steel sunraysia style rims for the farm gear.

Built for the heavy stuff, not just the family car
The bay is set up for heavy vehicle work and the racks carry truck and trailer rubber, not only passenger sizes. Steer, drive and trailer positions, regional and highway patterns, plus tractor, ATV and implement tyres for the places this district actually works in.

There is stock on the racks, which in a town this size is the whole point. A customer who came in for four tyres put it better than we would: he got them straight away, where three places in Parkes wanted him back in a few days.

Any hour, any distance
Flat tyre at the wrong end of the day
The tyre phone is a 24/7 number, and it goes out to farms and roadsides as well as sitting on the counter. The workshop counter keeps ordinary hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. The callout does not.
